Sales Policy

Credit Card Accounts will be charged the day the order is shipped. A receipt and UPS Tracking number for each order will be emailed to the customer at that time.

If you?re not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price.

Warranty

NSR Displays warrants their displays with LED lighting to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of the original purchase by the consumer.

In the unlikely event that the NSR Display fails to perform as it was designed to do within one (1) year from date of purchase, we will repair or replace (at our option) without charge. This warranty covers the entire display, EXCLUSIVE OF BULBS. Suspect units should be properly checked to ensure performance problems are not bulb related. Defective units must be properly packed, and returned to NSR Displays with a letter of explanation, and your original purchase receipt showing the date of purchase. Call us at 772-232-9194 to obtain a Return Authorization number, and an address to ship your defective product.

NSR Displays warrants their Acrylic Covers & Acrylic Side Panels from defects for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of the original purchase by the consumer.
